Inspired by the colour of Absinthe this drink become so popular in the 1860’s that 5pm was called l’heure verte (“the green hour”).
This lampshade is hand stitched in a emerald green silk charmeuse and black macramé lace. It is finished with Black scroll Braid and Black fringe.
The Lampshade is photographed on floor lamp with a 4-inch shade carrier. It is suitable for a large table lamp as well as floor lamp.
This lamp gives off a green hue when lit.
